Good afternoon, when I made my first purchase of the hack I was able to pay using my paypal balance, I have now made a purchase again and saying that I have to put a credit card. I would like to know why.
Some countries have put restrictions on using the PayPal balance after the recent changed PayPal did to there terms and conditions. You can talk to PayPal supports to get more information about the same.
