Cheat loader is not working properly

Everytime i open the cheat it says https://gyazo.com/6e543963f4d8432b0446e08bbf9b6e8c
But It never opens. Aswell as the online loader says I don't have a subscription when i bought one. It worked as a start with online loader, but everytime i got ingame it crashed.
