PayPal issue

Whenever i try to pay with paypal , it keep saying "Sorry, but your MasterCard x-1509 was declined. Please add another debit or credit card to complete your purchase." While it works on any other site

EDIT: Nevermind, my card keep saying that on every site, trying to sort this out.
