When CA crashes

When CA crashes on me i go to processes really quick and notice a nexon eTracer Application under the processes thats running what dose this mean? Is nexon trying to view something? Any helpful info on this would be nice because i have no clue what it is.

I assume e-tracer is nexons error reporting tool, I wouldn't be too worried about it but i guess ill have to look into it
