New loader

Hey guys i just wanted to say i like the new loader, it saves people that have no idea what to do from screwing up...

I was thinking about a java based loader a while back but this is the next best thing.

Im going to be implementing the token system sometime today alongside the patch system so the parameters passed to the client will be generated by the server.
