Just Purchased and Loader Isn't Functioning Properly?

I downloaded the GUID and set it. Then downloaded the loader and it gives me unknown error every time I try to run it. My PC doesn't pick up the whole potential virus nonsense. I've used Sinful before and have it trusted on my PC. So I'm not sure what it might be. Please help
