That's one of the hack features that is being updated. Good point, don't use crash on join. A lot of users are having problems turning it off, even when they press "Normal" on the character hacks.

I myself have not tried it yet.

Use of any blatant hack features put your account at risk. We are working on a system to notify users about dangerous features but it is likely that this will only be released in the final vip as lots of the free vip users use it to rage hack.
We do try very hard to prevent bans in responce to using our hack and I wish you the best in getting your account back.

Don't worry. I've got the times you can contact nexon Chat Support, 10 am to 6 pm on Thursdays, they give you 3 chances first warning second warning then 3 benefit of the doubt, dude don't worry you
